UK Christmas stamp controversy What a joke? - The English Royal UK has circulated Christmas stamps featuring a Hindu couple worshipping infant Jesus. This supposedly is taken from a painting of 1620 A.D. English Royal mail has refused to withdraw the stamp and has said that it was an intentional portrayal of the painting.

I don't understand who these people are trying to make fun of? Even with all this I don't think our fellow Hindus can feel insulted and feel the need to convert to Christianity owing to pressure. Hinduism is rooted deep in our blood. There are no rules in Hinduism that define what a person should do if he wants to convert to Hinduism - Hinduism is only by birth. I have not heard of a Hindu convert. So UK folks - back off, your efforts are not going to work. It doesn't matter if you withdraw the stamp or not, our beliefs are strong rooted.  ¶ 10:11 PM
